Fabrizio Alessandrini

Was born in Bergamo in 1990. He studied clarinet at the Conservatory of L. Marenzio, Brescia and finished his training with the highest honors.

In 2002 he won the National music competition of Enrico Arisi in Cremona. In 2006 he won first prize in the National music competition of City of Giussano and third prize in the International clarinet competition of Giuseppe Tassis in Bergamo. At the same time he attended master classes with Enrico Maria Baroni, Nicolas Baldeyrou and Wenzel Fuchs.

During his high school studies at the Institute of V. Gambara he has performed as solo player at the Debussy Hall at the Lyon French Regional Conservatory as part of a cultural exchange with the High School of Saint Exupèry.

In 2008 he won audition for the CEI Youth Orchestra. In May 2010 he received the suitability from the Foundation of Arena of Verona and in July 2010 obtained third position in international audition by Teatro Alla Scala in Milan.

He collaborated with Orchestra Filarmonica Italiana, Orchestra Haydn of Bolzano and with I pomeriggi musicali Orchestra in Milan which has saw him in ensemble of Italian premiere of "Explosante-fixe" by Pierre Boulez on the anniversary of his eighty-fifth birthday and with the As.Li.Co foundation.

He won in duo with the pianist Paolo Gorini many national and international chamber music competitions, first prize at the 17th edition of the Città di Camerino Music Competition, first prize at the 9th edition of the Città di Magliano Sabina Music Competition, second prize at the Città di Camaiore International Chamber Music Competition, first prize at 4th International Music Competition of Antonio Bertolini in Milan and second prize at the International Music Competition of Bellagio festival.

He attended the International Course of Advanced Chamber Music held by pianist Pier Narciso Masi at the Music Academy of Florence. He collaborated with Teatro Alla Scala in Milan and with many other Italian orchestras. He graduated with high honors at Lugano University of Music in Switzerland with prof. Milan Rericha.

Recently he has won second prize at London International Music Competition and first prize at Salzburg International Music Competition Grand prize virtuoso. He will perform at Wiener Saal Mozarteum on 14th of July 2016.
